Meet The Team
Our management team is comprised of accomplished and experienced industry leaders.
Chuck Griffin
Mr. Griffin started with DSI in 1997 as a Journeyman Trim Carpenter. Since then he has held several positions including Field Supervisor, Shop/Purchasing Manager as well as Field Operations Manager, prior to his current role. He was born in Mesa, Arizona but grew up in Massachusetts where he attended Bourne High.
Bryan Beikman
Mr. Beikman is an Arizona native that joined the DSI family in 2003. He has held several positions within the company, from Foreman and Superintendent, to Purchasing and Customer Service, to his current role of Operations Manager. A 2015 graduate of Western International University, Mr. Beikman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
Daneen Yrique
Mrs. Yrique has been part of the DSI team since 1993. During those years, she has held many different positions that consisted of Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, Payroll, Estimating and Contracts Manager.
Francisco Encinas
Originally from Batuc, Mexico, Mr. Encinas started the trim carpentry trade in Southern CA in 1998. He relocated to Tucson, AZ, in 2005 and joined the DSI team in 2009 as a Journeyman Finish Carpenter. Mr. Encinas was promoted to Foreman a few months later and Superintendent a year following, overseeing field and customer service. In 2014 he was promoted to Tucson Area Manager, responsible for the growing Tucson Trim division.
